Proposal Review Process
All proposals will be reviewed by The Home Instead Senior Care Foundation’s Board of Directors and a funding determination will be made.
Your proposal must be received at The Foundation Office on - or before - July 15 or January 15 - without exception. Letters postmarked on these dates will not fulfill The Foundation's requirements. The Board of Directors maintains the following schedule for review and determination.

Consideration may be given to proposals - for shortened review and approval processes - due to emergent or critical needs.
If the Board needs more information prior to making its funding decision, The Foundation Office will contact the applicant to develop additional information or arrange a meeting.
Each organization will receive a written response advising of the Board's decision no later than one month after the Final Review has been conducted. The decision to accept or reject a proposal is final. The Foundation does not disclose the determinations made by the Board of Directors.
