Grant Terms

Each approved grantee will receive a Letter of Agreement, which an authorized officer of the grantee organization must sign in order to activate the grant. This Letter will outline the responsibilities of the grant relationship and reporting requirements, which will include, but may not be limited to, periodic progress reports and a final summary report. Completion of grant reporting is a requirement for future funding eligibility.

Effective October 1, 2009, first time grantees must wait three years for reapplication. Second time grantees must complete a six-year waiting period to be eligible for reapplication.
